Costs, fees, territories, training, timelines and what happens after you inquire.

The total estimated initial investment is $112,448 to $184,848 for one territory, including the $60,000 initial franchise fee, per Item 7 of our Franchise Disclosure Document issued July 1, 2026. Every line item is on our investment page.

A 6% royalty, a 2% brand fund, and a $2,500 per month local marketing minimum, plus a $500 monthly System Technology Fee per territory and CRM at $59 per user per month. Full detail is in Item 6 of our FDD.

The $60,000 initial franchise fee is your license to operate a Perfect Filter territory. Training is its own line: $12,500 covers up to two people, with extra trainees at $350 a day. Item 7 lists every startup cost so nothing hides.

No. The model fits owner-operators who can sell, educate and lead. You get 55 hours of initial training from the founders (FDD Item 11), then launch support in your own market: first show booked together, in-home visits you shadow before you lead.

No. Your licensed installer or plumber partner handles installs, and technicians run the service visits. You are never on the wrench. Your job is the booth, the kitchen table, and building the team around you.

One owner per territory, about 250,000 population. Before you sign, we map your exact territory with you, street by street, so you know precisely where your market begins and ends (FDD Item 12).

Typically 90 days from signing to open (FDD estimate): about a week of training, two weeks of setup, then your grand-opening weeks. Timelines are examples, not promises.

The numbers we can share are on our investment page: our affiliate-owned outlet’s actual, unaudited results from Item 19 of our FDD. At your Numbers & FDD review we walk through them line by line so you can build your own projections with real figures. Your individual results may differ.

Seven named steps across three phases: get to know you, intro call, Numbers & FDD review, territory mapping, meet the team, confirmation day, decide and celebrate. Most steps are a short call. The whole path is on our process page.

Doug and Laurie Ann Dutton train every owner personally, 55 hours of it (FDD Item 11). After training, launch support comes to you: your first show booked together, leads generated side by side, then coaching, marketing and systems support through your first year and beyond.

A real person from the team calls you, usually the same business day. No obligation, and no pressure. If it’s not a fit, we’ll say so, and we expect you to do the same. Better to know early, both ways.
